Laser welding machine adopts the 1064nm pulse laser, after expanding, reflecting, focusing then radiating on the processing surface. The surface heat diffuses to internal via heat conduction, combining the accuracy digital controlling of the width, energy, peak power and repeat frequency and other parameters of laser pulse, it smelts the parts to form a certain molten bath. Thereby, the laser welding processing is completed, and it can fulfill precision welding which cannot be achieved by traditional process.
